RETURN POLICY

Return request of the product(s) can be placed within 15 days of delivery in case the product is not satisfactory. The return pickup will be initiated by our team within 3-5 days of placing the request at zero additional charges. In certain exceptional cases, we will require you to send the product(s) to us via a reliable courier source if a return pickup is not feasible at your location. 

For a seamless return process, we request you to keep the product in the original packaging with the tags intact. Return requests will not be applicable in case the tags are removed/ missing. Please note, shipping costs and COD charges are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange requests of the product(s) can be placed within 15 days of delivery in case the product is not satisfactory. The reverse pickup will be initiated by our team within 3-5 days of placing the request at zero additional charges. Once the product reaches our warehouse, a quality check will be done to make sure the product is not damaged. Post that, the exchange order will be processed 

 

For a seamless exchange process, we request you to keep the product in the original packaging with the tags intact. Exchange requests will not be applicable in case the tags are removed/ missing. 

 

HOW TO PLACE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST

  1. Visit the ‘My Account’ tab on the website and select ‘My orders’. Place the return/exchange request for the respective order or click here.
  2. Fill up the necessary details and submit the return/exchange request. 
  3. A confirmation email/Whatsapp message will be sent to you once the request is approved.

 

REFUND POLICY

  1. Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
  2. For COD/prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
  3. Refunds will be initiated 72 hours after the quality check is complete. The same will be processed in 3-7 business days.
  4. For sale orders or orders with a coupon code applied, store credit will be added.
